Duties/Responsibilities Your Responsibilities Primary responsibilities are those of an Inside Sales Agent, but this role also requires: o Strong relationship building abilities o Call assigned retail accounts to sell volume, increase distribution, monitor price and shelf space management o Able to negotiate with local customer and Sales Field Rep on customer related issues o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high energy and positivity o Strong desire to learn and develop both individually and lift the people around you to the next level o Driven to deliver results against stretch targets and never being fully satisfied with your results o Self-starter, driven, with a high attention to detail and sense of urgency o Manage your set of accounts on a daily basis o Engage with and continue building a viable customer base of reoccurring business to manage long term o Partner with local on-site sales agents for insight and plans to best engage the customer though daily one-on-one calls as well as Team level calls o Meet and exceed sales goals with the proven ability to advance sales and build customer relationships o Identify hesitations, overcome objections, and close the upsell o Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively o Reinforce, communicate, and review the purchase decision throughout the customer interaction o Assert yourself as a trusted business advisor to the customer and on-sight sales partner using in-depth knowledge of products and services to help customers formulate strategy and direction in order expansions o Utilize strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative product solutions when appropriate Qualifications: What We're Looking for o Strong selling and negotiation skills, at least 1 years Sales experience o Strong customer service skills and ability to grow and manage customer relationships, at least 3 years Call Center experience o Logical problem-solving skills o Availability to work various shifts o Ability to use Windows operating systems o Ability to type 40 wpm o Over 21 years of age o High School Graduate or GED What We Prefer o 3+ year sales experience o BS/BA degree o Consistent work history o Advanced skill with desktop computer system o Proven oral & written communication skills o Must be self-motivated, highly driven, and eager to drive proactive sales activities in an autonomous environment. Must be available to work part time hours that are influenced by business needs.
