"Gears of War 3" is a third-person shooter and, sadly, it's the last of its series. ‘Gears of War 3" provides an organic look with gorgeous graphics and brighter colors.
The story is dark, dangerous and hanging on a thread of hope to survive an invasion of Locusts that has taken place since the first "Gears of War."
Players take on the role of Marcus Fenix, leader of Delta Squad and war hero. Eighteen months after the fall of the last city, a powerful new threat is infesting the planet far beneath the surface. Time is ticking for Marcus and his surviving comrades as they fight to save the human race.
"Gears of War 3" has new co-op and competitive multiplayer experience for all players. There are new playable COG (coalition of gears) characters, such as a female addition to the group of comrades and there will also be new challenges with brutal enemies.
"Gears of War 3" will be released Sept. 20 exclusively on Xbox 360.
